Since 2014, Jake and Alex Roach have been remodeling homes. They’ve spent the majority of those first years doing most of the work on our own, while establishing their business. Tearing out carpet, dry-walling and painting became their new normal. Between Jake’s expertise in the construction field and Alex’s eye for finding the diamond in the rough, they’ve been able to create the most amazing spaces for many clients!

Jake has earned the NARI Certified Remodeler designation and diligently meets the needs of every client with unique solutions and reliable professionalism!
Alex Roach
Lead Designer
Alex prides herself in ensuring clients dreams become a reality, transforming the space to portray each client's style and uniqueness. She works from the start by drawing plans, working with clients to pick out each and every material as well as forming great working relationships with our clients. Her communication, teamwork, skill and ability make her the perfect partner for your project!
Addie Catloth
Marketing Coordinator
Addie develops and implements marketing and advertising tactics for Martanne Construction. She manages and creates useful content for our social media platforms, oversees website development, handles scheduling needs and provides any necessary graphics work.
Greg Bemboom
Office Manager
As an invaluable member of Martanne Construction, Greg tracks clients projects, works closely with our vendors and handles all of the day to day logistics. He uses his organization skills to ensure smooth operations in a non-stop business environment.
Aaron Kennedy
Project Coordinator
Aaron is dedicated to ensuring client projects run smoothly and are completed with expectations exceeded! On a daily basis he creates schedules, coordinates with the craftsmen team and communicates with clients. He collaborates with all parties, each step of the way, from start to finish.
Rosa Carta
Design Coordinator
Rosa assures all clients she works with remain excited and engaged from start to finish of their projects. Whether she’s working behind the scenes on drawings, ordering, or on-site at a project, customer service is and will always be one of her highest priorities. Her passion is to create and execute their dream space while maintaining excellent communication skills and building a long-lasting, trusted relationship.

NARI Certified Lead Carpenters (CLC) are recognized as expert hands-on field professionals who oversee every on-site aspect of the project, such as personnel management, subcontractor management, scheduling, safety, administration, customer satisfaction, etc. while also working on the site.
