Leawood, Kansas Bathroom Renovation
For this bathroom renovation, Martanne Construction took an existing closet and turned it into a walk-in shower. The old shower space became an area for a new toilet. The shower is adorned in large format color-graded tile and features a custom niche that spans the length of the shower.
Our favorite feature of this bathroom is the custom vanity with hair tool pullout access. The client can have a blow dryer, straightener, curling iron, and more in the drawer with the outlets themselves included in the drawer. This allows for the hair tools to go back into the drawer when they’re still hot, taking them off the counter for burn safety. All precautions were taken to make sure this feature is perfectly safe and accounted for.
