Tiered Deck Remodel
Martanne Construction created the perfect deck oasis for our clients. Martanne tore down the old deck in preparation of the new deck. In a design challenge we wanted to integrate the tree, so we cut the deck boards so that the tree could continue to grow while keeping the large deck they were envisioning. A privacy screen was included in the deck. 800 sq. ft. of living space was added to the new deck. Custom bar seating facing the yard is great for entertaining and was a way to include a table without impeding the flow in and out of the house.
